Refund policy

At Style Sense Furniture, we’re here to help you create the home of your dreams, and we want you to feel confident in your selections. To ensure clarity and ease, we’ve outlined our policies below:

• Custom and special order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed. 

• Floor models and clearance items are sold as is and are final sale. 

• In stock items may be returned within 7 days in original packaging and like new condition. Delivery fees are non refundable.

• All items must be inspected at delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. 

• Orders must be picked up or delivery scheduled within 14 days of arrival notification. Storage fees may apply.
